The situation

Open roles here. Qualified people in Kenya.

In hospitality and the technical trades, roles in Austria stay open. In Kenya there are trained, motivated people who want to take that path. We do not quote success rates or unverified figures. What we do commit to is a clear process and an honest timeframe.

Typically 6–9 months from the search agreement to the start date. That is a guide, not a promise.

What we will talk about

The role, German B1 as the minimum (B2 preferred), documents, and the path to the first day at work.

No promise on timing. No legal advice.

How it works

Four steps. Then the first day at work.

Typically 6–9 months from the search agreement to the start date. That is a guide, not a promise.

  1. Needs analysis

We clarify the role, the shifts, the language and a realistic start. You then decide whether a search agreement makes sense.

  2. Sourcing and pre-screening

Through licensed Kenyan partners. Not by us as the placing firm, until the trade is registered.

  3. Video interviews and documents

You meet the people yourself. We coordinate dates and documents. The decision stays with you.

  4. Arrival and check-ins

Support with arrival and onboarding. Conversations at months 1, 3 and 6. Paid by the employer.
