How it works.
Typically 6–9 months from the search agreement to the start date. That is a guide, not a promise. Placement runs in cooperation with licensed partners.
Needs analysis
We talk about the role, the team, German B1 as the minimum (B2 preferred), and a start date that leaves room for the authority and a home. Only then is there a search agreement. Nothing is invoiced before that.
Sourcing and pre-screening
Licensed partners in Kenya, registered with the National Employment Authority, search and pre-screen. We review profiles with you.
Video interviews and documents
You hold the interviews. We coordinate dates, CVs and the document list. A partner law firm handles legal representation if you need it.
Arrival and the six months after
Housing search, residence registration, a bank account and orientation are practical help, paid by the employer. We talk at months 1, 3 and 6. What happens if a hire does not work out is set only in your search agreement.
A general rule for a search that stops, or a hire that ends early, is not set. Only the individual search agreement applies.
