I am Jacob (Jack) Mugoya, founder of Afrika-Consult. I live in Vienna and I am rooted in Kenya. The bridge between those two places is not a metaphor for me. It is why this business exists: qualified people in Kenya, and workplaces in Austria that have not met them yet.

I am active in the East African diaspora, including TeaNers and Marafiki. I founded Africa Gala Vienna. That network is personal. It is not a licence, and it is not a substitute for one.

Placement of skilled workers runs in cooperation with licensed partners. That keeps the promise honest while the employment-placement trade is not yet registered.

My degree is BA, University of Applied Sciences Vienna (HCW), and I hold a PMA certification. I use both as a way of working: plan in steps, say what is still open, and do not promise what the calendar cannot hold.
