Pass-through costs – translations, exams, authority fees – are charged at cost and itemised.

German B1 is the minimum, B2 is preferred. We use this wording everywhere. We do not put profiles below B1 forward.
The Red-White-Red Card is Austria’s residence permit for qualified skilled workers from outside the EU. There is more than one route, including shortage occupations and other key workers. The Republic of Austria publishes the current criteria, the points system and the yearly shortage list on migration.gv.at.

In Austria, § 5 of the Labour Market Promotion Act (Arbeitsmarktförderungsgesetz) requires placement to be free of charge for jobseekers, with narrow exceptions for artists and athletes. Our rule is plain: candidates never pay.
The focus is hospitality, and electrical and mechatronics trades. Health and care roles are not a focus. They are considered only on request, and only via licensed partners, in line with the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel.

Typically 6–9 months from an employer’s search agreement to a start date. Your own path can be shorter or longer. We do not promise a date.
We process your CV and profile only with your consent, for placement in cooperation with licensed partners. We share a profile with named partner employers only if you give a separate consent.
We keep the file until placement and for up to 6 months after placement, then delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time at info@afrika-consult.com. The file is not stored at a public URL.
