How it works for you
You send your profile. If it fits, there is a conversation. An employer decides. Then come documents and, if a permit is granted, travel. Typically 6–9 months from the search agreement to the start date. That is a guide, not a promise.

In Austria, § 5 of the Labour Market Promotion Act (Arbeitsmarktförderungsgesetz) requires placement to be free of charge for jobseekers, with narrow exceptions for artists and athletes. Our rule is plain: candidates never pay.
The focus is hospitality, and electrical and mechatronics trades. Health and care roles are not a focus. They are considered only on request, and only via licensed partners, in line with the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel.
German B1 is the minimum, B2 is preferred. Below B1 we cannot put your profile forward to employers.
Typically 6–9 months from an employer’s search agreement to a start date. Your own path can be shorter or longer. We do not promise a date.
We process your CV and profile only with your consent, for placement in cooperation with licensed partners. We share a profile with named partner employers only if you give a separate consent.
We keep the file until placement and for up to 6 months after placement, then delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time at info@afrika-consult.com. The file is not stored at a public URL.
