Kenya first
We start with skilled people in Kenya. We do not quietly expand that to other countries, and we do not make health or care the headline.
WHO Code
We commit to the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel. Health personnel are not a focus. If such a role is considered at all, it is only on request, only via licensed partners, and only in line with that code. WHO
Licensed partners only
Sourcing and placement run in cooperation with licensed partners. In Kenya that means agencies registered with the National Employment Authority. In Austria that means licensed placement partners.
No fee for candidates
Section 5 of the Austrian Labour Market Promotion Act requires placement to be free of charge for jobseekers, with narrow exceptions for artists and athletes. For this work our rule has no grey area: candidates never pay.
Data
CVs only with consent, never at a public address, deleted after placement plus at most 6 months, or earlier on request. Privacy policy
Report misconduct
If someone asks for money, promises a permit, or misuses our name, write to info@afrika-consult.com. We usually reply within 2 working days.
